Hourly Rate Fees
We are a full service, one-stop shop for assistance to nonprofit organizations and those who love them. Our standard hourly fee is $90 for a wide variety of services including:

- Comprehensive Fundraising Plans
Monthly Retainer
We offer our long term, smaller nonprofit clients with less than $100,000 income a special discount. For $850 per month, we provide:
- Up to ten hours of grant writing services per month.
- On-going research of new funding opportunities specific to your program.
- One two-hour Board or Staff training.
- Additional work at the discounted rate of $75 per hour.
Prospectus Search Rates
Grant Writing Specialists can perform an in-depth search of funders appropriate to your organization and give you a bound copy of the prospectus results for a standard $1500 fee. Our prospectus guarantees that the funder will meet the following:
- An interest in funding programs which do the same work as your organization.
- A history of funding similar projects.
- A geographic availability of funding.
- Availability of funding new projects.
