California State - Proposition 10
  • Multi-million dollar funding to implement the Healthy Beginnings Project (HBP) which addresses the unmet health and well-being, safety, and learning needs of children (ages zero to five) and their families in San Ysidro and South Bay area of San Diego County. We then assisted the program in securing continued funding for years two and three until the project became self-sustaining.
